Join ASCE at the University at Buffalo North Campus (2o Knox Hall) for an intriguing presentation on bridge engineering and creative philanthropy.

Matthew Bowser, P.Eng of WSP will be giving a presentation on his involvement with Bridging the Gap Africa. His presentation will introduce the work Bridging the Gap Africa is accomplishing, enabling rural Kenyan communities to build footbridges across these rivers and bring social change. Matthew will also share his personal story of how he came to volunteer as a bridge engineer along with several stories and photos from his trips to Kenya.

The ASCE Buffalo Section will provide Wegmans sub sandwiches and the event is free of charge. Pre-registration is required. An informal social hour is being tentatively planned for directly after the presentation. If you plan on attending the social hour please indicate as such when registering. Registration closes this Friday, November 25th so don't delay!
